Marijuana laws and legislation for Würzburg
In Germany, the Cannabis Act, which comes into force on April 1, 2024, permits adults aged 18 and over to possess up to 25 grams of cannabis in public and up to 50 grams in private residences. Individuals are also allowed to cultivate up to three flowering cannabis plants at home. Non-profit cannabis social clubs with a maximum of 500 members can cultivate cannabis collectively for personal use and distribute up to 50 grams per member per month. Commercial sales remain prohibited, and consumption near schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, sports facilities, and certain pedestrian zones is restricted at specific times.
Criminal prosecution
Würzburg has a police academy, and therefore the city boasts an incredible number of police officers who perform their duties with typical German thoroughness. The police don't actively seek out smokers, but they do try to arrest dealers and crack down hard on everything except cannabis. Smoking in public at night in a less crowded area is safe as long as you're discreet; Germans generally mind their own business.
The park, for example, is a safe place to smoke at night; in fact, any street should be safe at night. But during the day, it's a risk of getting into trouble. If you're caught smoking, or with a small amount, you'll probably get away with a warning, but there's no guarantee.
Where can you buy marijuana in Würzburg, Germany?
Drugs of any kind are hard to find in Würzburg; hashish is the only drug you can expect to find. Very few Bavarians smoke, even younger ones, and those who do are quite paranoid about it; the friend of a friend of a friend, who is the usual source in most parts of the world, is not going to introduce you, a stranger, to drugs. The best, indeed the only, option is to try your luck with students.
German students are usually not a good choice unless you know them; even if the drug laws in Bavaria might seem lax to some foreigners, they are the strictest in Germany, and Germans are terrified of police harassment. A reminder of their ancestors, I suppose.
Foreign students are the safest option, especially those from countries with high smoking rates (America, Canada, Spain, Ireland, Italy). Try a popular bar or club on a student night out or at a student party. You might find someone who can get you some, although chances are you'll have to wait a few days. Droughts are common here.

While passing a small shop, I was helped to buy wonderful, natural marijuana. The excellent quality made my vacation unforgettable. I contact this person at securedsupplier420@gmail.com whenever I travel. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs high-quality cannabis in the city.
Würzburg marijuana prices:
Prices vary depending on quality, quantity, your knowledge of the dealer, and the number of intermediaries between you and the final source. Expect to pay five to eight euros for a gram of Moroccan; nine euros either means it's a particularly good batch or you're being overcharged. I'd recommend paying the nine euros—supply is limited, which can drive prices up. Eight to twelve euros is normal for a gram of Afghani, if it's available (which is rare), and seven to ten euros for a gram of White Widow. Discounts are sometimes available for large orders over 20 grams, but you'll be lucky to find a dealer who can handle such a large order.
Würzburg marijuana brands:
Mostly, only Moroccan hashish is available. The quality varies from batch to batch; it's usually quite good, although it's often overpriced compared to the rest of Germany and Western Europe. Sometimes you can find marijuana that someone bought in Amsterdam; White Widow seems to be the most common. It always tastes excellent. Very rarely, you can also find Afghan hashish, which is always excellent, although you need to know how to break and roll it properly to get the full effect.
Further information
For a university town, Würzburg is surprisingly drug-free. Most students focus on drinking, which is why there are many student nights out in clubs and bars with great deals. Enjoy your stay in Würzburg and have fun!
