General warning:

Generally speaking, it's not worth smoking in Singapore. Even if you do smoke, you won't get high because of the paranoia.

Marijuana laws and legislation for Singapore

Marijuana is strictly prohibited in Singapore, and the country imposes some of the world's harshest penalties for cannabis offenses. Both recreational and medical cannabis use are banned, and possession carries severe legal consequences. Trafficking in cannabis can be punishable by death, and even small amounts of marijuana are considered serious crimes. Singapore maintains a zero-tolerance policy on marijuana, and cannabis cultivation is strictly prohibited. Despite global trends toward decriminalizing marijuana and legalizing medical cannabis, Singapore adheres to its strict drug laws and continues to rigorously enforce its ban on marijuana use and trafficking.

Please note that marijuana laws are subject to change. For the most up-to-date information, consult your country's official resources or a legal advisor.

Criminal prosecution

Trading in more than 500g of cannabis = death.

Possession or use of cannabis – up to a $20.000 fine or 10 years in prison or both.

Foreigners are usually let go by the police, especially if you're white. The police in Singapore aren't very bright; you have to watch out for the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNA). It's not easy to get caught, as most police officers don't know if they're high or drunk. So, unless you're stupid and only smoke indoors, find a secluded spot with multiple escape routes. Then everything should be fine. If police officers or guards bother you but don't catch you smoking or even see marijuana, don't worry about it. Without evidence, they can't touch you.

A local newspaper reported: “…Should the other three be charged and found guilty of drug trafficking, they face the death penalty if the cannabis, according to chemical analysis, weighs more than 500 grams. Otherwise, they face up to 20 years in prison and 15 lashes.” Copyright © 2004 Singapore Press Holdings. All rights reserved.

Where can you buy marijuana in Singapore?

Drugs are particularly difficult to find in Singapore. There's hardly anywhere you can go and find someone willing to give you a Buddha candy. Keep in mind that Singapore is one of the strictest countries in the world! However, if you're really desperate, try Claymore Hill, Orchard Towers, or the Forum Gelaria shopping mall. You'll often see many young people under the influence of drugs there. Try wearing clothing with marijuana themes, such as pictures of marijuana leaves, etc.

In a crowded nightclub, this person easily procured natural and healthy cannabis and hashish for me. It made my trip unforgettable. I contact them regularly at dopefast420@gmail.com when I'm traveling. Highly recommended.

Marijuana prices in Singapore:

It varies greatly.

You usually buy them in packs of 50, which in most cases is the minimum quantity you can buy.

50 S$ (approx. 31 US dollars) – 3 to 5 grams, depending on the compound.

Brands:

There aren't many cannabis users in Singapore, and most just smoke weed, which is a real shame.

With the right connections, you can also get homegrown marijuana.

Hindu Kush, Northern Lights, White Widow, Purple Haze, Skunk, etc.

Further information

Most of the weed you can find in Singapore comes from Thailand or Malaysia. The quality varies, but the good thing is that prices stay the same regardless of quality or brand. However, it's really difficult to find locally grown weed if you don't know anyone there, and I'm too smart to put my contacts on that list, lol…
