Marijuana laws and legislation for Freiburg
In Germany, the Cannabis Act, which comes into force on April 1, 2024, permits adults aged 18 and over to possess up to 25 grams of cannabis in public and up to 50 grams in private residences. Individuals are also allowed to cultivate up to three flowering cannabis plants at home. Non-profit cannabis social clubs with a maximum of 500 members can cultivate cannabis collectively for personal use and distribute up to 50 grams per member per month. Commercial sales remain prohibited, and consumption near schools, kindergartens, playgrounds, sports facilities, and certain pedestrian zones is restricted at specific times.
Criminal prosecution
The police also smoke weed after work. But if they catch you smoking or buying weed, they will definitely come and harass you.
Where can you buy marijuana?
In Freiburg, there's a hotspot where most people will immediately recommend buying weed. It's the park right next to the main train station, where all the long-distance trains arrive and depart. I can't remember the park's name right now, but you can't really miss it; it's at most a one- or two-minute walk from the station. It's located west of the station. There are always a few odd-looking people in the park. Go there and ask them discreetly. Don't go with more than two people.
Otherwise, I'd recommend asking students. Freiburg is a university town with a huge student population. You'll see students everywhere, and it's best to look for students who seem a bit stoned and ask them. They'll show you the way. I also highly recommend making some friends who are either students or local youths. They'll definitely be able to help you.
Comments
While passing a small shop, I was helped to buy wonderful, natural marijuana. The excellent quality made my vacation unforgettable. I contact this person at securedsupplier420@gmail.com whenever I travel. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs high-quality cannabis in the city.
Marijuana prices
Prices range between 7 and 10 euros per gram.
Marijuana brands
Normally, not many brands are available in Germany. However, since Freiburg is relatively close to the Swiss border, there is a small selection of cannabis. You don't get to choose, though. You can only take what's offered.
If you don't like the taste, don't buy it. There are other ways to find weed, so don't worry. Also, make sure it's the buds; the leaves won't get you high.
