The police do not arrest users of soft drugs, although you may find smoking in the streets of quiet neighborhoods unpleasant.

If you travel to the west coast of North Holland (Northern Netherlands) near the tourist resort of Egmond (about 100 km northwest of Amsterdam), this is the closest place to buy it. And they're good things, too!
